Coaching Philosophy
True wellness is built at the intersection of mindset, nourishment, movement, recovery, and lifestyle design. My values are rooted in integrity, sustainability, self-awareness, and progress over perfection. I value education over dogma and lived experience over trends because lasting change only happens when people feel informed, supported, and capable—not restricted or judged.
As a wellness coach, my role is not to dictate outcomes, but to guide clients toward greater clarity, confidence, and ownership of their own wellness journey. Transformation may look like improved energy, better metabolic health, reduced stress, or a healthier relationship with food, biodynamic wine, and lifestyle traditions—but more importantly, empowerment and alignment.
I bring unique skillsets shaped by my background as a Culinary Institute of America alum—Executive Chef, Certified Sommelier, NASM Certified Wellness Coach, and Air Force combat veteran. I translate complex wellness science into practical, enjoyable strategies that fit real life routines. My own journey through high-performance environments, various elite teams, disciplined structures, and ongoing refinement informs how I coach—with empathy, realism, and intention.
I trust my clients because they are the experts of their own lived experience. I support them in building self-efficacy, awareness, and sustainable routines that align daily choices with long-term goals. I know I’m making an impact when clients stop chasing quick fixes and start making confident, independent decisions rooted in solidarity rather than trends.
Ultimately, I support a vision of wellness that is holistic, personalized, flexible, and evidence-based. One that honors sustainability, performance, recovery, and longevity. Wellness should enhance life, not complicate it. My work exists to help people win in their journey of life, eat well, live intentionally, and build a lifestyle that supports who they are—becoming.

I’ve had the honor to train and work with military service members, operatives, veterans, first responders, college athletes, and working professionals. Make no mistake about it, we’re “all” athletes. We just play in different sports but we must all perform. Optimal performance is an integral part of success. Eat Live Love Train specializes in Culinary & Wellness Lifestyle initiatives. It also provides a global cultural perspective on Food & Wine education. Eat Live Love Train embodies four transcending dynamics that play an integral part in our personal and professional development. These are not only the tenets of my profession but also a mantra. For many people these are often overlooked or take a back seat to the daily grind of seeking social sanctions. Yet they are the very components that can be life changing given proper perspective. The power of Food, Wine, & Wellness is omnipresent, omnipotent, and accentuates an engaging lifestyle.
EAT: The best cuisine, is good cuisine. Like wine, food also inherently brings people together. Cooking or sharing a meal with friends, family, and even strangers provides fulfillment to everyone involved. Provide the body with the right information and Wellness will multiply. Make the kitchen a sanctuary.Â
LIVE: Service measures success. Self-awareness is paramount. When you’re the best version of yourself and live in your purpose, you reside in your zone of genius every single day. Be a student of life, share your testimony, and seek to live out your dreams. Live a life of design, desire, and intent.
LOVE: Love is what shows us life in altruistic colors. Love yourself in spite of your flaws. Love others in spite of theirs. We’re all flawed in one way or another. Emotional and spiritual fitness is just as important as physical fitness. It’s not about perfection, it’s about progression. Learn to love the process of “becoming”—becoming better and the universe will reciprocate.Â
TRAIN: Your mind, body, and soul. Wellness begins in the mind. Consistent personal and professional development optimizes life and business endeavors. No matter what profession you're in, we’re all professional athletes. We all have to produce results. To do so, we must have optimal cognitive function in order to gain clarity and perform at our best. Learning doesn’t stop when you get the diploma. It’s only the beginning. If you’re not open to change, you cannot grow in any of your relationships or endeavors. When these four dynamics are congruent, they represent the "delta" in your professional and personal lifestyle. Not only will you find your purpose, you’ll also discover that there’s nothing you cannot achieve. Change your thoughts, the way you view the world, and your place within it.
